Dynamic meditation

What is dynamic meditation?

It's an advanced level of meditation which allows active, progressive work and growth into your meditation.  Dynamic meditation brings us into a deeper, trance-like state of relaxation, allowing for more extensive travel, exploration and investigation into the human psyche and the Universe we live in.  Once in this state, psychic work can be done, including anything from releasing past hurts to healing the body, mind and soul or attracting abundance in all areas of our life and the world we live in.

How does dynamic meditation work?  An introduction.

By the very nature of this more advanced level of meditation, a solid foundation must first be created. This does not have to be a long, drawn out process, although it does require dedication and desire. Beginning meditation or passive meditation is what most people think of when they think of meditation.  This is where we practice relaxation and mindfulness, quieting the mind and releasing tension.  Once we have mastered this ability, we can move on to deeper levels of consciousness.

What happens during dynamic meditation and how does it affect me personally?

Once we are able to raise our vibrations and drop into deeper levels of consciousness, we can better (call on ) and communicate with God,the Universe or whichever higher power you choose.  Paths open up to discovery of why we do what we do, possible directions to go in and how to attract the positive energy we all need in our daily lives which in turn creates, health, abundance and the desire to live a fuller, more productive life.

How does this make a better world?

Every act of love, every desire for growth, every expression of willingness to make this a better world does indeed make this a better world.  Additionally when we lessen the amount of energy that we drain from the Universe caused by anger, fear and resentment, we exponentially increase it's power when we share positivism with others, rather than negativity.

But I can't seem to quiet my mind, my doubts and fears about myself and my concerns for my world.

All of us experienced this to one degree or another when we began.  This does not deter progress in the least if we are consistent and desire to reach these deeper levels.  It's the easiest, most relaxing and most beneficial "work" you will ever do.

So what is passive meditation and how do I begin?

Passive meditation is simply stopping for a few moments (as little as 3 minutes), taking a deep breath and intentionally focusing on the world around us and within us.  While in this paused state we release physical tension and negativity and draw in positive energy, light and love.  This may seem silly at first, but the more we practice and remain willing to open ourselves up to possibilities, the more this becomes a part of our daily mental being.

Guided meditations?  What's that?

Guided meditations are simply a spoken "leading down the path" and are often helpful throughout the process to help keep our mind moving in a focused direction and deeper state.  Guided meditations can help in quieting the seemingly constant mental chatter that goes on in our heads.

So how is dynamic meditation different from passive meditation?

Once you have gained the ability to access deeper levels of mind, we can start investigating parts of ourselves and of the universe we may not have been aware of before.  While in deeper states we can investigate illnesses and heal our physical bodies, minds and soul.  Dynamic  meditation is where astral travel and out of body experiences happen.  If you are so inclined, you may also wish to meet your spirit guides, angels or spirit animals.  Often, for those that are willing, this can open up a whole new avenue for investigation and further enlightenment.
